How do I book a tour package?
Browse our packages page, select a package, fill in your details on the checkout page, and complete payment online. You'll receive a booking confirmation instantly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via our secure payment gateway.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, a booking confirmation is sent to your registered email address immediately after successful payment.
Can I pay in installments?
Some packages offer flexible payment options. Look for the "EMI available" badge on eligible packages.
How do I cancel a booking?
Log into your dashboard, go to My Bookings, and request a cancellation. Cancellation charges depend on the service provider's policy shown at checkout.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method, subject to cancellation policy.
What if the vendor cancels?
If the vendor cancels your booking, you'll receive a full refund with no deduction.
How do I register as a vendor?
Go to the Vendor Registration page, fill in your details, and submit. Your account will be reviewed and activated by the admin team within 24β48 hours.
My account is pending β what does that mean?
For vendor accounts, registration requires admin approval. You'll be notified once your account is reviewed.
