💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the cancellation timeline. The specific cancellation policy is shown on each listing and at checkout before payment.

Tour Packages

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Hotel Bookings

• More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.

Taxi / Vehicle Bookings

• Cancelled more than 6 hours before pick-up: Full refund.
• Cancelled less than 6 hours before pick-up: No refund.

Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

If a vendor or service provider cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund with no deductions, processed within 5–7 business days.
